In order for FURC IT to work as effectively as possible, please follow the steps below:
1. Remove all call blocking apps or services on your phone
2. Ensure you have the most recent version of FURC IT
3. Clear your Cache in your phones Settings

FAQ's

Someone in my contacts keeps having to enter a code.

If someone in your contacts keeps getting asked to enter a code when they call you, please ensure:
1. You've allowed FURC IT to access your contacts
2. That users number is in your contacts
3. You've updated to the most recent version of FURC IT.
4. That number is in your Whitelist on FURC IT

I uninstalled the app, but people still have to enter a code when they call.

This is because your call forwarding may still be active. In order to remove call forwarding, please dial & call the following numbers:
AT&T and T-mobile: ##67# Sprint: *730 Verizon: *73 US Cellular: *900

Someone can't leave a voicemail.

If someone calls you and they cannot leave a voicemail, please contact us at hello@furc.app.

Does FURC IT work with my phone off?

If your phone is powered off, FURC IT will not be able to block calls since there is no data connection. If this happens, all callers will be sent right to voicemail.

How does FURC IT work?

Think of FURC IT as a roadblock for your phone. In order for your phone to ring, the caller must enter a three digit code. This ensures that they are a real human and not a robo caller. You can rest assured knowing that every time your phone rings, it's a human.

Does FURC IT kill my battery?

No. FURC IT is not a battery drainer and will not decrease your battery life even when it's open at all times in the background.

Will my phone ring before someone enters the code?

No, your phone will not ring until the caller enters the correct three digit code.

Is all of my data protected?

Yes. Security is our top priority. We've taken all of the critical processes to ensure FURC IT is protected with the highest level of security.

What is my "Whitelist"?

All of the contact in your Whitelist will not have to enter a code in order to reach you. You can add or remove contacts to and from your Whitelist at any time by simply going to your profile.

Does FURC IT need to be open in the background at all times?

Yes, FURC IT needs to be open in the background in order to intercept incoming calls and protect your phone from the spam/robo calls.

I have FURC IT protection enabled but am still receiving robocalls.

If this is happening, please check the following steps:
1. You've allowed FURC IT to access your contacts
2. That users number is in your contacts
3. You've updated to the most recent version of FURC IT.
4. That number is in your Whitelist on FURC IT
